Villa Moyes
Casa Moyes is one of the grand Villas of Palmilla. Located in Caleta Palmilla with over 12,000 S.F. of magnificently designed old Mexican Colonial Hacienda style with all of the modern conveniences.
The site features a private cove and two infinity pools connected by a water slide overlooking the beach and Hotel Palmilla. The pool is child- proofed with electronic sensors.
The interiors of this incredible home are designed and furnished by Paula Berg Interior Designs of Scottsdale, AZ. All furnishings, art, area rugs are custom made for the home. The home has five bedroom suites all with private verandas and ocean views. The main living and dining area features 20-foot ceilings, with 15 foot arched double glass and wood doors opening to the large veranda overlooking ocean and pools.
There is a game room featuring pool table and large media room on the main level. Caretaker's quarters, service areas including dumb waiter all are located between kitchen and large two suburban size garage. A large boathouse is located on the beach for storage of beach equipment.
