Casa Mariposa located in the exclusive community of Palmilla / Punta Bella is a beachfront home with 10,000 square feet of living space and six bedrooms and seven marble and granite bathrooms. Large Hard Wood doors open into a comfortable great room, this houses a formal dining area and reception area with sofas and easy chairs around a fire place. The room makes the most of the terrace and beach beyond with several French doors that allow the breezes and light in. The kitchen has everything a gourmet chef could ask for with 2 sub-zero refrigerators and a Viking gas range. A small eating area beside the breakfast bar offers an alternative place to eat rather than the formal dining area.

The master bedroom includes a two-person Jacuzzi with spectacular views. The TV in the room retreats into the Ottoman at the foot of the bed when it is not needed. The ensuite is spacious and has both a sunken tiled bath and a shower. The room also has a comfortable sitting area and opens out onto the elegant terrace. The terrace has an abundance of teakwood deck furniture to accommodate guests either wishing to lie in the sun to sitting around tables, dining or just enjoying the view.
There are 2 other bedrooms on this level, one guest bedroom has 2 queen beds in it and its own bathroom. The second has a king bed and is really another master suite with TV and VCR as well as an ensuite bathroom. Steps down from the terrace lead to the pool area and spa, this is also where the 4th and 5th bedrooms are. There is also a games room and entertainment/media room. As an added convenience there is a small but fully equipped kitchen to eliminate the need to walk back up to the main house to get either a cold drink or something to eat. The 4th bedroom has a king and twin bed, there is also a TV and VCR and it has its own bathroom. The 5th bedroom has a small bar fridge, great ocean and beach views and a king bed.
The whole property is beautifully landscaped from the courtyard through which one enters the property to the tiered gardens around the outdoor swimming pool, hot tub and the access down to the private beach. The 6th bedroom is off the courtyard and has a king sized bed and its own bathroom. Casa Mariposa is one of the finest beachfront escapes in all of Los Cabos.
