Even in Palmilla Caleta, regarded as the grandest of neighborhoods, this house is recognized as being special as it sits just above the sand of its own private cove. From entering through the huge wooden front doors this elegant Mexican Hacienda style home makes the most of its beautiful surroundings. The central great room opens out to the spacious 2 leveled patio and the beach and ocean beyond. |

The luxurious accommodations are accentuated by the lush tropical gardens and water features - in particular the swimming pools cascading one into the other. While the great room with its large dining area, open kitchen and living space is definitely the focus of the property, the bedrooms themselves also have great charm. The bedroom suites, with one exception, all enjoy ocean views, which are the type of panoramas that take time to savor. Four of the bedrooms have King beds, private bathrooms, and CD players. The 5th bedroom has two full double beds and the 6th which does not have an ocean view is ideal for a family. This bedroom has bunk beds, one of which is a king, plus 3 twin beds. It also has a CD player, TV and its own private bathroom. Casa del Encanto is fully staffed, including a cook who will prepare breakfast and lunch for guests.
